The Examination Schools has ramped access from the High Street into a corridor which leads to the main hall and a lift to all floors. For persons unable to manage stairs, there is a toilet on the ground floor and one in the basement which is also accessible by lift.

We expect our event to be busy and crowded. This implies long queues and a high chance of coming into unintentional contact with other people in the venue. This also implies a potential of limited manoeuvring in some parts of the venue.
Our event may have loud noises such as music, talking, shouting, amplified sound from lectures, and others.
There may be instances of flashing lights, flash photography, bright lighting, computer screens and others.>
Some costumes and printed imagery at the event may unsettle or distress some individuals
Oxford Comic Convention is a family-friendly environment.
All costumes should be appropriate and in good taste.
By attending our event, you grant us the free use of your image in our promotional material. This may include photo and video footage of the event.
Costumes should not exceed two metres in depth, width or height.
Costumes should NOT have any element that may cause any injury to anyone in the venue.
Costumes with hard materials should have appropriate padding and rounded edges.
Any restricted and banned items in the United Kingdom are not allowed under any circumstance in the venue.
Functional firearms and ammunition are strictly banned from the venue.
Replica guns may be allowed with a brightly coloured safety tip. Any form of ammunition for replica weaponry is not allowed. This includes bullets and also arrows and other projectiles.
All metallic weaponry such as knives, daggers, swords, clubs, batons, axes and other, whether sharpened or not, are strictly forbidden.
Any replica weaponry must have blunt edges and padded ends.
Any pyrotechnic or other such accessories are strictly forbidden.

What will not be tolerated includes, but is not limited to, bullying, harassment on any grounds including on grounds of gender, race, religion, disability, sexual orientation, age and other, the creation of an intimidating or hostile environment, sexual harassment and/or assault, stalking, pushing, the use of physical force, obscenity as well as any offensive, intimidating, malicious, insulting, predatory, and/or threatening behaviour.

Advanced ticketing is highly recommended as capacity is limited and tickets will be sold at a premium at the door. Children under 12 do not require a ticket and enter for free. Programme and guest line-up may change at any time.
